I’ll be simple & clear: I will immediately decline all offers more than 30%. Simple. As well, I will not play the $1 increase “counter-game”, when we are worlds apart on price. You chance being blocked when doing so. Nor, will I play the “counter reverse game” (where you go lower than your original lowball offer, every week). I am, however, open to offers, when reasonable. This is not a guarantee that I can or will be able to accept all offers. But, at least it can be considered & countered🌷
