This is a Sports CD Walkman G-Protection, a limited edition (not sold in Japan) purchased approximately 20 years ago.
The front of the main unit has discolored due to aging, and there are noticeable scratches and minor scratches.
The inside of the battery compartment is clean.
The main unit, headphones (earphones), and power adapter have all been cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
I have confirmed the operation with both the power adapter (outlet) and alkaline AA batteries (2).
Both can play, but they may stop midway, so it is a junk item.
