Antique 10kt rose gold mounting set with 4 natural vivid red round cut rubies. There are also some round cut natural white diamonds set in the ring. The contrast of white to red is very aesthetically pleasing. This is a older piece but I’ve had the gold tested and it is flush 10kt.
