This is an action figure of Siriusmon from Digimon Ghost Game made by a 3rd party company called Kh Zhone. This was a limited release and is no longer available outside of resellers. The figure was taken out of the case and looked at before quickly put back in the box. There is assembly required with the head (the figure comes with the head detached in the packaging).
