Although the red tab and patch are missing, the button back stamp 83 and orange stitching suggest it is a BIGE made in the 1960s.
The collar and cuffs are frayed, and there are some minor stitch skips and small damage in places, but the condition is not too bad. I think it is an item that you can enjoy as a unique vintage flavor.
