Rochas' dress is cut from flocked velvet with an intricate floral design and ruffles. Made in a fluid silhouette, its high neckline closes with elongated ribbon ties that hang down below the open back. IT size 42/ approx US 6Ruffled, partially lined. Ties at back; concealed hook and zip fastening along back. New without tags. I purchased it from Moda Operandi and never got around to wearing it. Now it’s too small.
