Vintage Gertie the Galloping Goose Wind Up Unique 1930s Toy Tin Litho Works
Galloping Gertie, made by the Unique Toy Company in the U.S.A., looks great. This Gertie’s lithograph markings are excellent. The key wind is permanently inserted in the working mechanism. Wind her up and Gertie moves her head up and down as those large feet move ahead. This goose measures 8.5 inches long from tail feathers to beak. She is 3.5 inches tall her feet are also 3.5 inches long. Her shawl has vibrant colors to make her more appealing. This Gertie is priced to reflect her beautiful condition.
