Spanish (Spain) edition of Uncle Tom's Cabin printed in 1960 but inscribed 1956. Jarring cover art that I haven't seen on any other version. You would never see this printed today.
Measures: 8 3/4 x 6 1/4 .
Binding: Hardback on board. Square. No missing or loose pages but the front binding at the leaf is loose.
Inscription: 1 inscription dated 1956 on the 1st leaf. No other inscriptions or other markings.
Pages: Toned as is normal for a book of this age.
Spine: Normal edge and corner bumps for a book this vintage
All the children's books come from my mother's 40-year collection. Now that she's retiring, she is scaling down the collection.
