Lots of wonderful information and also recipes and techniques using medical grade essential oil (such as Young Living Essential Oils per Melissa's suggestion). Book has been read, looked at and store/moved around- so in used condition. Front and back covers are the worst as they have creases, indentations, bends, corner are a tad more worn, front cover flips up.
