First edition, first printing hardcover copy of Never on a Broomstick by Frank Donovan (Bell, 1971). Very rare true first printing of this occult book about, “the true story of faith, mystery, and the magic of witchcraft classical and contemporary”. Jacket is protected in new archival sleeve but with some mild rubbing/scuffing to faces and slight shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creases and small tears. Boards are straight and clean but with corners slightly bumped. Binding is firm and spine is straight. All pages are clean and unmarked save for small and faint stain to fore edge of front endpaper.
