This is Made of Nickel Plated Brass, with Top Carrying Handle, and a Brass Mechanical Wind-Up Movement that Winds and Sets from the Rear. This Has the Original Paper Dial Signed "Welch", This Measures approx.3 1/2" Tall (To Top Of Handle) x 2 1/4" Wide x 1 3/8" Deep. Not working. Glass face cracked as seen in pics. Does not wind.
