This is a replica jersey sold in stores in the early 2000's. This is a retro 1981 Cleveland Guardians (formerly known as Indians) jersey. This jersey features a patch of their primary logo from 1973-1978), of Chief Wahoo swinging a bat, on the left sleeve. On the right sleeve is the majestic logo.
