This item is made with soft cotton. Due to the handmade features of this item, color & sizes may Vary. Please choose your size based on the size you believe your child is. These are true to size, but every child is built differently. If your child is between sizes, I suggest sizing up. This comes with the shirt, sleeveless vest, pants, and backpack.I have several sizes listed for this item, but I only have 1 of each size. All items are on hand so we do ship same or next day.
