Both sides of the lid have a small residue spot where a piece of tape was. The underside of lid has some faint ink , it looks like a word was written. It has a little normal wear and light scratching. The felt has a little wear. These were typically used to hold community silver.
It measures 6.75 long x 3.25 wide x1.5 tall X 1 deep.
It is in good condition.
