This swirled polychrome plate is gorgeously fired in typical Talavera/Puente colors of cobalt blue, emerald green, antimony yellow, and iron dark orange with deep brown embellishments. I am not an expert in these pieces by any means, but the only similar examples I can find in research date from centuries past. It measures 9.5” across! Made in Mexico
