This unit DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION which was confirmed with TiVo customer service..
Listed as open box with the box showing some wear but the unit itself is in like new, excellent condition.
The remote and HDI cable are in the original packaging. The power cord was removed from it's original packaging to confirm the unit would power up. It has not been hooked up and run.
