This is a souvenir ring made in Brittany, a region in western France.
It's from around the 1930s-1950s and features an embossed brass clover on aluminum.
I purchased it about two years ago from a vintage shop in Tokyo.
I don't know the ring size, but it fits my index finger comfortably at about 55mm around the thickest part.
