This beautiful evening jacket is by Adrianna Papell Evening dated 1995. It is so full of sequins that is is actually fairly heavy. Tag says shell is 100% Silk. The lining is 100% Polyester. Dry clean or spot clean. It has a single clasp at the very top to close. It is meant to wear open. Tag says size L. I would say it best fits around an 8/10. It does have shoulder pads. They are not hidden so could be easily removed if you wanted. It is in very nice condition. There is a spot on the back below the right shoulder where there is about an inch of pink sequins missing.
