Selling because of the same reasons on my skar ix-8 and JVC th-d5 receiver it was a hobby but due to my family getting mad at me for enjoying a little bit of music I have to sell them because they just sit it sounds great it look great been used for about 4 years second subwoofer i ever owned has memories to it take care of it if you do buy it please and no it dont have the grill for it
