Candlehead costume from Wreck it Ralph. Handmade cosplay. Everything is stretchy so there is some give in the size.
Skirt is closed with Velcro and has a built in petticoat. Hat is partially made from Worbla and foam clay. The Worbla has some cracks in it (see photos). Candle lights up with battery (which will be included ) inside the cupcake topper.
