Antique Civil War Era Daguerreoptype or Ambrotype Photograph of a young woman. I am sorry that I am not an expert on this. Feel free to ask any questions. Model is wearing rings, a large broach and drop earrings. There is brass tone metal all around the inside and outside of the glass. Faded, embossed, red velvet inside, black leather outside and original metal clasp. There is a small strip of leather missing, see photo.
