This is a collectible antique (1911) Noritake Nippon Hand Painted Scalloped Rim Platter by Royal Crockery. The hand painted 10 dinner plate has a gorgeous brick red rim with gold scrolls and bold beading with a stunning array of pink and fuchsia roses.
The plate is in mint condition with no issues!
