Vintage Oscar de la Renta skirt. Beautiful black velvet with original gems on waist and pockets. Slight up front. No flaws that I see. Beautiful and dark, no wash wear or holes. Has original label. 3 hook closures at the side of waist and a invisible zipper also located at side as well.
