RARE Holland Mold Gaggle of Geese w Pastel Pink beak & feet detail on a Pastel Blue Base. Ten white textured geese in Circular ring make an elegant glossy display for plants/florals would be a sweet centerpiece or decor.
Searched high & low have not seen this coloration. Holland Mold, a company known for its ceramic molds in the mid-20th century, particularly in the 1980s.
Holland Mold Inc. was founded in 1946 by Frank Hollendonner, an Austrian immigrant who learned mold making at a tile company in his homeland. Having settled in Trenton, NJ, home to numerous potteries, his experience had him making molds for tile mfr. The likable Hollendonner was asked by local ceramics industry to create variety of molds.
Holland Mold flourished for 51 years w/ 3 generations of Hollendonner family. It closed 1997.
This ceramic Gaggle of Geese design is loved and collected, usually in yellow or orange detail.
