THIS IS A BOO BOO BABY
WILBY is a boo boo baby for the following reasons:
I tried a different varnish than what I usually use and he came out shiny and streaky. I put my original varnish over him. He is no longer shiny but there are a few noticeable streaks.
The varnish also affected certain areas of his hair. Photos show a tiny bit of rub off.
He is not up to the standards that I paint with every baby therefore I consider him a boo boo.
He can be stripped and repainted. I love his paint job so I did not strip and repaint.
He is 5.5 pounds
