This clipper is brand new never been used , I tried to change the face plate and one of the screws unfortunately is stripped :(!! It can be unstripped or taken out with a screw extractor tool (10 from Amazon) but that’s the only thing. Very quiet almost like a JRL Onyx , magnetic dub guards .
