1920s Illumination foot Candle Meter checking right amount of light for pictures to properly be taken meter is by G E general electric is in a bake lite case. Takes 3 D batteries to function. Has been tested and works as far as I can tell meter moves with light source. Is number 10,252 to made and was last serviced in 1930. And is pretty awesome
