Wheel-thrown and crafted in a cylindrical, modernist form with circular side cut-outs and incised black banding. The top opening accommodates a small pot or bowl, while the hollow center is designed to hold a candle or tealight.A striking blend of minimalist design and brutalist texture, this piece exemplifies Scandinavian studio pottery from the mid-20th century. Subtle speckled glaze and clean geometry make it ideal for use or display.Size:Approximately 3" tall and 6" in diameter.Condition:Good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some surface spots and discoloration from past use are visible on both the interior and exterior.
