Original handmade woven textile from Guatemala. Purchased in the local street markets when we lived there from 75 through early 80’s
Fabrics are single owner pieces that have been stored for many years. This is the only piece that actually got turned into something else. The fabric was used to make a custom made throw pillow cover. Pillow is included.
This is a very old fabric with color discoloration, fabric yellowing or stains and condition consistent with the age of the fabric. Some snags throughout the embroidery and Unsure if this is something that can be corrected. Additionally, the fabric has a “stored” smell and probably would benefit from professional cleaning and treatment. The throw pillow has been in that vacuum seal bag and I haven’t checked it. This is a hand woven item so there are variances throughout making this a unique piece. Sold as is.
