The vase technique looks similar to a 1900-1910 Josephinenhütte, design, rare Vtg Amethyst Optic Panel Glass Vase, alternating wide lighter striped amethyst throughout the Vase."absolutely beautiful" I have done a couple hours of research what I have found is one that is similar to the one I have. I also did research on it being hand blown which it definitely is hand blown it has what they called the fingerprint finish on the bottom as seen in the photos.
