His studio, located in Aigues-Mortes in the Gard region of France, allows him to stay close to his main inspiration: the Mediterranean.He is interested in art through archaeology and prehistory. A painter from the age of 14, he developed his art, encouraged by Bernard Saby.In 1975, at the age of 20, he attended art school and organised his first exhibition at the Charles Peguy Museum in Orléans. In 1976, he decided to leave his job at the Robert Laffont publishing house.
