The timer is tested and does work. You can put coins in and it will keep time. Comes with a change cup. Unit will be unlocked and does not come with key. Comes with 3 mounting plates if you so chose to mount. Does show the wear youd expect from a unit from the 60s. The lens is hard plastic, and is intact. This one does have what looks to be some blue paint on it from its time in use.
