I am selling my 20 vintage collectible Whimsie doll by American Character.I was told her name is Polly the Lolly from 1960's? I didn't find many like her when I was looking at Whimsie dolls.I purchased her from a doll collector & she remains in good physical condition. There are some minor surface marks & some minor surface dirt I was told this was her original pink & white checkered dress w bloomers(will need new elastic). She comes with her original white shoelace sandals. They do show some wear from age. The one has some damage to the top edge. I tried to show in my pictures. I gave her extra white shoes. The doll has pink-tinted braided pigtails and has blonde-pink-tinted hair on the rest of her head. The pigtails have wires underneath, to keep them straight or extended. She is wearing a pink hair bow.
She has a light complexion, brown eyes, and very cute freckles. It is an original Whimpsie play doll and she is a rubber doll. Thanks.
