Started her design career at MILK in Harajuku.
Studied fashion illustration at Seijo Mode Seminar and cutting at Bunka Fashion College.

Many people questioned her motives when she launched the brand during the post-bubble period when many manufacturers were withdrawing from the market.

The head cover was the spark that ignited the brand.
Many people said it wouldn't sell, but it became a huge hit, selling 200,000 units!
Former President Clinton, who was visiting Japan, came to the store in Ginza, and many fans from overseas started coming to the store.
