Vintage Hand Painted Military Chinos, featuring hand-painted designs by GYPSY, are now available from SHANANA MIL, based on 1960s U.S. Army military chinos. The base model is a Type I model with a slightly thicker 8.2oz fabric, resulting in a slightly tapered silhouette. The back pockets have a button only on the left side, and the coin pocket is omitted, featuring slanted pockets instead. The fabric is a left-hand twill cotton, a specification used by the Marine Corps. The paintwork, reminiscent of the U.S. Army, includes Popeye, pin-up girls, and USN stencils, all carefully hand-painted, making each pair of chinos unique in the world. Initially, the contrast in colors is distinct, but with repeated washing, the paint will gradually fade, making them easier to wear and more versatile.
