This jacket was purchased from a military shop in Ueno. It was a gift, so I don't know the exact purchase date.
It's brand new and unused, but it has been stored at home, so please understand that it may have some minor signs of storage.
The tag says 38, but when measured flat, it's:

* Chest width: 62cm
* Length: 60cm
* Sleeve length: 62cm
