Pierced Porcelain White Cherry Blossom Chinoiserie Ginger Jar LampPre-owned lamp is in good condition.There are no cracks, chips, breaks, or discoloration.There is a fair amount of crazing on the top rim of the lid (please, see photos).Honestly, this piece is a bit of a mystery.It looks to be a beautiful ginger jar which someone turned into a lamp.Even though there is a hole drilled into the bottom, the much older electrical cord and socket base is threaded through the lattice work.The lamp is fully functional, but the new owner might think about rewiring it for safety.The wiring could also be removed altogether and the jar used as a decorative piece.Measurements:Height - 12 1/2"Circumference - 24"Opening diameter - 4"Base diameter - 4 1/2"
