Original Holzschnitzerein from Germany, this beautiful and hard-to-find hand carved and hand painted figurine was actually purchased in Germany in the 1980’s.The lovely facial expression is very detailed and beautiful, as is the entire figurine. This hand-made carving is so intricate and the workmanship is impeccable.This pretty farm girl is carrying a basket of fruit and her lovely flowing clothing is so wonderfully carved and painted with highlights and shadows.What a great find!
