Vintage hand woven African lidded Harari basket made of grass and palm leaves.There are two long leather handles and two shorter loops on each side near the rim to secure the lid.There is a leather base on inside and out.Traditional shades of indigo, lavender and green dies and adorned with cowrie shells.The basket measures 6" across and 3" tall.overall height with lid is 4.5"It is in very good condition with no damage.
