It is a darker gray jacket but with a brown cast - very versatile color .The texture is rougher like a hopsack.3 button sport jacket (blazer)/no vent in the rear model. Soft, spongy wool. Brown contrasting buttons (they are very hard - I believe they are horn but I'm not 100% positive). Details include: lightly padded shoulders, 3 jetted (besom) external pockets (all 3 still have the basting thread in), 2 internal pockets (1 large with a button security closure & 1 medium).
