No, the games aren’t included. Left joy con does a phantom move every once and a while, but after a while it goes away. Haven’t had any issues with it since its initial launch. Open to offers. Took it in to for trade apparently there are very minimal scratches on the screen. Dont know how they saw them as I’ve never noticed them before.
