This Foot massager is technically brand new, I bought it for my spouse but his feet were too big to fit so it’s been sitting in my storage. So men’s size 13 and up unfortunately this machine is too small for you. The remote and cord all work. And the foot insert has a zipper so if you needed to wash it you could. =)
