My mother gave me this dress which she thrifted in the early 80's, so I've had it for over 35.It was old then so I have no when it was made since I wasn't able to find out any information on it.It's made from 100% black silk and has thousands of beads hand sewn all over the dress.The bead create an amazing effect when you walk and move.To me it looks like a genuine flapper style dress with the straight cut and the beads.I only wore it once with super high heels and it looked fabulous.It's a great party dress and would be amazing for New Years.The size tag on the dress is a 10 but that size doesn't apply to todays sizes so please check the measurements which I provided in the photos carefully.The mannequin is a size 4.This is a heavy substantial piece that is in very good vintage condition.
