Been well kept over the past 20 years! Tulle underneath is black and purple. There are 2 buckles on the front and 2 on the back to show off the tulle if you want, you can also wear it half up and half down. Straps are purple buckles. Awesome y2k punk/goth gown!Pit to pit measures 18” laying flat. Waist is 16”. Slight stretch.
