(See photos)This piece overall is in great vintage condition. It’s new and was never displayed. There are some very small paint chips on the top of his hat. Possibly from being in the box I’m not sure. Please see photos. I circled the blemish to easily be found.This beautiful piece is solid, it weighs just over 6 pounds.
