This is a rare and retired James Avery charm. The shape is a heart and has a cross inside. Not sure the name. No dents or bends where there should be.
Might have light surface scratches but I don't think it does. They just polished it for me at the James Avery store.
Loop cut. Otherwise in very good condition!
