This beauty has never been worn except me trying it on for these photos. No stains, no signs of wear, all pockets are real. Athletic fit Small -men- size, however, definitely unisex. My bust is 37” and still has a bit of room and I am 6’. You’ll notice on lower pockets I have one untucked, they can either tuck in or out :)
