Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 film collection from Umbrella Entertainment comes with both the rare and out of print slipcover and stink-o-vision scratch and sniff movie companion card (1990 Film Only, never scratched). The plastic has been cut at the top so the case can be removed. The discs have removed once for testing.

The discs are labeled as Region B, but they will play in a US player.
