These Silver Drop Earrings are made in solid 925 Sterling Silver, with a french ear wire, also in sterling silver. They feature genuine Amethyst stones in a cabochon cut. They look fantastic when worn by themselves, or with other studs if you have multiple piercings. The motion of the dangle as they are worn is very eye-catching!
I love the effect of drop or dangle earrings on women, don't you? - the motion as they are worn is very attractive, and the flash of purple in the Amethyst is very eye-catching! These little bubbles or drops of silver are one of my favorite themes - they remind me of raindrops or seafoam.
The length of the drop itself is about 4 cm, or close to 1-5/8 inches long. The Amethyst stone adds another 1/2 inch, and the ear wire adds about 5/8 to this, so it hangs about 2-5/8 down from the piercing hole (about 65 mm).
