Patagonia Better Sweater Vest.
I bought it for about 10,000 yen at a vintage clothing store in Tokyo a year ago.
It's a corporate item with UW Medicine embroidery.
There are some pilling on the collar and hem, which are prone to rubbing, but it's not very noticeable when worn, so you can still wear it for a long time.
From the embroidery, it seems to have been worn by a radiation therapy staff member at a medical facility.
Patagonia has already decided to stop making corporate items in the future from a sustainable perspective, so it's likely to become even rarer in the future.
It's for women, so the shoulders are a bit narrow, but it was actually a good fit for me, who is 172cm tall and weighs 62kg.
It's not as big as men's, so it's easy to layer with thin tops like long-sleeved T-shirts and cut-and-sew shirts.
It's especially recommended for those who don't like vests that have a dropped shoulder look.
